For the last 4 years I have purchased 7 rental homes that are all renting but similarly to monopoly it’s time to scale.

Personally, I would probably invest in 1/2 in the S&P 500, 1/3 in the tech monopolies, and 1/6 in real estate. 

To price fix you need a monopoly.

A great book on the overall subject is Jonathan Tepper’s “The Myth of Capitalism: Monopolies and the Death of Capitalism”.

I actually used to have a game modeled after Monopoly that was called Slumlord😂 same type of antics with buying property, maintenance cards, dealing with code enforcement etc… Bought it at a real estate convention 

Games like Uno, Jenga, or Monopoly are easy crowd-pleasers.

It’s a bit like playing Monopoly but with real addresses and real money.. and when done right, it can feel like unlocking a secret level in the real estate game.But hey, no point pretending it’s all sunshine and roses.

But that matches the return on equity the big tech monopolies make.
