The Charlotte rental market is experiencing significant shifts, and it’s raising some important questions for both investors and property owners.

Just wondering can you ever catch a great deal on the market  and if so what’s stopping you from taking advantage?

Also, how'd you narrow down your search to these two markets? 

I pull pretty solid lists, I find a lot of my deals off market, just thought I could reach more if I have a few full time callers on the phones.While i'm at it, how are you guys finding good deals in today's world?
