In a pot i put quinoa, a bag of mixed frozen vegetables, lots of water, 2 bay leafs, salt, pepper, olive oil, 1 lemon, black pepper, italian herbs, 1 habanero (which i pulled out later).

**A tip - you can buy frozen berries at Aldi's for cheap, and they are frozen at the peak of ripeness (so they say), so they work great**Using sure jell and sugar helps you make plenty of jars worth, if you use low/no sugar pectin, you make far fewer jars.My favorite batch was no pectin added - raspberry pear habanero, which had sugar.
