The only exception I make for puppies is if it is an actual service animal providing a specific service (such as diabetes dogs, or guide dogs) that will be going through specialized training.

I did 4 fundings in Janesville last year and my guy got through the first one on time and for profit we expected then he up and passed away from a Diabetic coma.. leaving me with 3 that I had to work out of .. two I sold right away for what I had in them one we made a small profit It happens.I do background checks  dont really care to much about credit but I dont want any criminals and then If they are married I want to meet the wife and take them to the nicest dinner in town.

I know my parents aren’t my responsibility, but before I found Dave’s plan I made a deal with them that I would buy their house from them at a deal (because they were about to get foreclosed because my dad lost his job due to his leg getting cut off from diabetes) and in return I would let them live there rent free for as long as they needed.

I filed for an eviction on him because 1. he was local, 2. it's cheap to do in my county, 3. since the notice was going to the last known address (my rental) he wouldn't respond to it anyway and I'd get the judgment without going in front of a court and 4. the judgment would remain on his credit history for the next 7 years.Ironically about a year later this guy shows up in the hospital with newly diagnosed diabetes
