Some people think doctors are evil and tumors melt away with herbal drinks in the vitamix, and that we somehow are trying to BS people and the internet knows better, haha.

Even if we were to agree to pay her balances on the taxes and HOA fees and take over mortgage payments, without equity there is no room for profit for anyone.

Run that till you put her in a position that she can sell it to you at her balance or just act as an agent and try to pull a listing from it.    

My research with the comps suggests a price of around 134k and after taking out .70 it equals a little over 93k and I told her ball park was around 90k for the house.
