Never watched ot when it came out in 2011, so it was a total shock to me to see how predictable every phase of what's happened so far is, even in a pandemic with a disease with a far lower death rate than the one the movie examines. We're going to be dealing with the social distancing for a while now, until the doctors come up with and start producing a working vaccine, and then we can expect a slow rollout. We've got months of this crap ahead of us and when it's over, people are going to be thinking very differently about all sorts of things.
