This often dictated more than 1 trip...I'm sure some warranty companies are different, so shop around if you're going to get one and the latest online reviews for whichever company you select.

Only a select few landlords out there have the discipline to stay on top of even the things they're not required to stay on top of. 

@Jamal Tyree Just because the AHA has limited requirements to get on the program doesn't mean you can't use your normal screening criteria to select your tenants.

You have to be very careful with tenant selection because AV will burn you quick if you don't You will pour money into the property while a bad tenant destroys it and doesn't pay their rent.A good tenant and a good deal with actually cashflow, as opposed to LA.
