Wholesaling using TREC forms
When wholesaling and using a TREC 1-4 Family (Resale) contract, what do you select in the following paragraphs?
5. Earnest Money - Do you state that an amount in addition to the $10 will be deposited in however many days?
6. Title Policy ad Survey - What doe you select in this portion?
11. Special Provisions - What are your special provisions or "escape" clauses?
ALSO - Where can I obtain a basic assignment for the contract?

don't do anything in addition to the primary EMD
I always close through the same title co, so I put their info there.
In special provisions I just put a few things about gaining access to property, not paying any Ieins ect ect.
All trec contracts are assignable. But ask your title co for the form they like, that way there is no confusion.
