Cleveland area investors take a look at this. Just last week this memo came out highlighting a major policy change in one of Cleveland, Ohio's most popular suburbs Lakewood, Ohio.

  • What do you think?
  • Is this a game changer for you?
  • Is it just business as usual?
  • Do you expect other cities in the Cleveland, Ohio area like Euclid, Cleveland Heights, Garfield Heights & Newburgh Heights to follow suit?
  • What are your thoughts on investing in cities with Point of Sale requirements? Are they good or bad?

Interesting. Lakewood is too hot for me to be interested anyway, but I'd love Cleveland Heights to follow suit.

The wording is interesting. It sounds like they're leaving it in place for normal residential sales? Or did they already not have POS for homeowners?
