I can't tell if this was the fault of the company or if the customer didn't uphold their end of the bargain by meeting the weekly time requirements.

When someone moves out, the fastest I could turn a unit was in one week, and if everything lined up, I could get a tenant placed in a week.

I had asked a realtor friend of mine for comps as well last week but I still hadn't heard anything back :-( .
