hello everyone! im new in bigger pockets , im interested in buying a house with FhA loan only to rent the whole property . i would not be living at the property, due to im living in a house my wife purchase. is it possible for me to get the FHA loan even if i don't live at the property or is there a way? i know your supposed too. I appreciate your help.
