I usually end up coming to the conclusion it is not worth the extra work to track it and bill back the tenants each month.

As we both have full-time careers and two children this is not something we want to do "for a living".

I want to be as honest with every party as possible because I'm planning to make a career out of this and don't want to have a bad reputation because I didn't completely understand the process of something new.

I'm very excited, and can't wait to meet my daughter, who is due in early April, but needless to say, pregnancy makes the process of transition careers even more complicated than it already is.

The bottleneck is the political system, controlled by the oil industry like the Koch brother's interests, which is hard to challenge by any upcoming energy alternatives.
