David Krulac, This past March the Federal Reserve released a report stating that Americans have recovered 91% of the wealth lost due to the recession.

They usually ending up getting a crap PM, crap tenants, and more losses than they could have imagined.Maybe you could have each time a property is released in a year the payout incentive to the PM goes way, way down.

Unless you are experienced at searching titles, liens, lien releases, knowledgeable on deeds, etc. it would be foolish.
