Closing Without Escrow
I have a course "Land Profit Generator". It goes into some detail of closing a property yourself. You get the deed, do the title search yourself and I think something about a quitclaim deed. I got to watch it again, but its the only place Ive heard of this. The author Jack Bosche says hes saved over a million doing it himself. He doesnt get title insurance on the properties either because he says theyre low value parcels and all he could lose is up to the value of the parcel. Has anyone else heard of closing without a escrow/title company? I got to watch that segment of his course again, but figured Id post the question here so Id have some insight into the pros and cons of this while watching it.
