This is like teaching a baby to take his/her first steps - by so doing, building up their self confidence.

They're in areas where I think it would be possible to get a mix of both Western/K College students, or longer term renters.Thanks for the thoughts!

As an example, if you want to own 25 rental properties, you need to find a person or people who can teach you about property management, acquiring houses, financing, maintenance, etc.Once you've identified what you are looking for, you need to also identify what value you are going to provide to the relationship.

We teach that you should try to make an offer to everyone who contacts you.

I'll also share a bit of experience that I and so many of my other students have benefitted from - and that is weining yourself out of the tenant and toilet business altogether, to eliminate 80% of the stress and work involved with renting out Habitational real estate.  

I don't recall the exact episode, but there was a guest on one of the podcasts who mentioned something about "the old dogs teaching the young pups" and that really resonated with me.

As the property is less than 5 minutes from multiple universities and international schools, finding tenants (students or young teachers from abroad) will be no problem at all.
