Hi everyone my name is Tiffany and I'm investing in the Great Northwest Washington (Skagit/Island Cty) area. I'm originally from Baltimore, Maryland but find myself here in Whidbey Island as a Navy Instructor. 

I've always wanted to invest in real estate and am finally at a point where I can stay still for longer than a year (military). Right now my focus is wholesaling or flipping SFH (minor) and holding one property a year to cash flow until I retire (8 years).

This member introduction is about a month overdue since I've realized I've missed this step. All positive energy is welcomed, knowledge is welcomed, and deals are welcomed!
