I also told her (in a nice way) that my money sitting in the bank account hasn't worried me at all, no surprises, no lot rent, no vandalism and no vacancies.

Make sure she knows how to pay you rent and has your contact info and you have hers along with an emergency contact number.

So far I have a HELOC, I try not to use it and consider it my emergency fund.Sooooo I'm not selling the house, instead I'm going to learn to manage it myself.

@Matthew Metros why is he asking for more money at the end as a surprise?

My primary residence will be paid off in March 2023 since I've been throwing all extra income and non-emergency savings at the house.
