Manufactured Home - Can I re-sell?

Hi,

I am going to build a new 2-story house in St. Helena CA. I need to demolish a manufactured house that was installed on a foundation in 1991. I was wondering if there is a market for used manufactured houses and how the removal and transport of those houses is done.

Hi,

Thank you all for your help; I posted today on Craig's List and have had some interest from professional mobile home brokers. I have to say that I am surprised that anyone would want to undertake a difficult logistical operation like this. I will let you all know how it turns out.
