All I have been doing at every chance I get is reading, studying, and now listening to podcasts about real estate.I'm most interested in house hacking a duplex (or other multi family homes) and was wondering if it's worth getting in the game asap with not as much money as other people would invest with, of save up for the 20% down on a property?
