Active income planning for pre-college teen investors.

As a young adult, my college plans were made as a precaution by my parents. I’m deeply interested in real estate and plan to create an automated business by 30 doing flips for down payments on rentals. My question is, what should I do with my college opportunity that would get me an active income job inside the real estate game to better my knowledge?
