What do you think of journal square?

Tomorrow is the anniversary of the "great floods of 2013" when I came home to four feet of water in the basement from a freak storm.

I would think they are many feet below ground, but my wife asked me this question, and now I am concerned.

They also told me the base station should be at least 3 feet off the ground and next to a window for the system to work properly.

Thank you once again biggerpockets for helping me get on my feet. :) and just any advice on what all i should try and learn so i can bring it to the table when my interview comes around.

Renting out your home here is a good way to get your feet wet at least with owning rentals.

Worst case scenario it's toast and you're back at square one.

The weight of tile in lbs per square foot would be much less than the average toddler.

They also recommend the 3 foot/6 foot rule.... keep shrubs no higher than 3 feet and trim branches off trees from the ground up to six feet, so they are harder to hide behind.  

I typically stay away from or remove immediately trees within 15 feet of the house just because of all the issues the cause.
