Is there a comparable service that has less monthly expense?

I'm really interested in in the Furnished Finders MTR for traveling professionals however, I'm hung up on the contracts and payment collection process. 

As a Real Estate Professional in the Tampa - Sarasota market area I can attest to the hundreds of pro-formas that I put out quarterly. 

I'm not sure if this is a good place to discuss these questions, but I want to hear advice from professionals in my desired career path. 

Your service alone for your Country is a great conversation to have with a seller/sellers agent.Make sure you Bank/Lender is also offering a loan commitment and not a "generic" pre-approval letter it can make a huge difference.* One thing to keep in mind if the seller knows it will not pass an inspection/Appraisal they may not want to accept VA if they know it will be "Subject to" or fail due to an issue.

yes, and ask their T2, most syndications are got hit from multiple angle right now to increase in property tax, insurance, increasing debt service and stagnant rent.

I realize this is a general question, but my partners and I are just starting out and we'd love feedback/advice from more seasoned real estate investors/professionals to help us more forward.
