One Property Management Software solution

I am helping a friend set up their property. They want to be able to list their property on AirBnb, Google Vacation Rentals, and VRBO. The functionality needed is syncing calendar, managing requests, canned messages and review management. 

I am currently using Hospitable for the my properties, and looked into this for my friend, but it is $48 a month. Is there a comparable  service that has less monthly expense?
