I had LTR in the past but used management company b/c I was out of state.

Unless you decide to work in a large corporate mortgage company, you would have to start from the bottom.

(Location is about 50 mins from metro city in a smallish town)What are the current rates and fees pls and best companies to work with....

I settled on grabbing one in Odenville AL about 30 minutes outside of Birmingham through a BTR company.  205k built 2023 already rented at 1500 with pro forma at 1600 plus. 

I have a property management company out of Fort Worth, TX that is almost worthless. 

I will be selling a company I built to private equity and will still be employed by them, but on a more normal salary. 

If I have a property management company that manages all my rentals, and a separate holding company that holds all my buy and hold properties as my main form of investing, if I find a property that I want to purchase and either eventually decide to flip, or know I want to flip it from the beginning, are there any things I should consider in doing it within my property management company LLC  or should I have a separate LLC for flipping properties?
