Where to start with $500K
I am newer to real estate investing. I will be selling a company I built to private equity and will still be employed by them, but on a more normal salary. I will have about $500K/year for the next few years that I would like to start investing to offset reduced income and build long term wealth (I just turned 37). I don't feel like I need a home run property to start, but am looking for some solid feedback on what others might do in similar situation. Thanks.
