Hello,

My name is Joyce and I am interesting in starting my business as a Co-hosting for short and long rental properties in Houston Tx. I'm a leasing professional at Greystar management I've been in the property management for a long time and I love Real Estate industry, I am also working to get my real estate license soon but in the meanwhile I would like to learn and start a property management on my own and in the future build a Real Estate portfolio. I am willing to get as much advice from everyone or get a 1 -on- 1 coaching.

I do have the knowledge on working in apartment community like showing the community, providing all the information about units, availability, amenities and lease contract information, solve problem right away either if is maintenance or complains, help applicant with the process of the application, signed lease contract and escort them to the new home, collecting rent, and etc.

If by any chance you own or manage a rental property I would like I would be content to hear any advice on how to start a business as a
Co-hosing a property. Looking forward to hear from anyone.

Thank you.

Joyce

First, make it official – register your business, get a tax ID, and think about getting insurance. Then, figure out your brand – who you're targeting and what makes you unique. Connect with local property owners, Airbnb hosts, and property management companies to find opportunities. Spread the word – create a website, be active on social media, and show off your skills. Price your services by checking what others charge in Houston. Understand the rules – know local regulations and Airbnb's terms. If you've worked at Greystar, awesome! Use your leasing skills. Start small, focus on good service for positive reviews, and stay updated on industry trends.
