I would like to see if there are potential buyer leads from an open house.

Being financially free has always been a big goal of mine which lead me to start looking into real estate investing.

On X side of town we get the most leads from Zumper.com and on Y side of town we get X number of leads from Hotpads.com. 

However, my wife seems nervous a little bit to have a lawyer as a tenant, concerning their may abuse their professional advantage, victimizing the landlord and leading us to a possible vulnerable situation, as they may pick up on any tiny issue to make a big deal.

The article also doesn't address longer life-expectancies and states that it might lead to a more equal societySo...for generations to come...

What is everyone using to be on top of their contacts, properties and just leads in general?

I feel like they must exist but I can't seem to find any solid leads with a 10 minute Google search.

The remaining 200 sqf I want to make a “loft/family room” that would be at the top of the stairs and lead into the master; also have beautiful views.

Doesn’t seem right to put in the work analyzing a bunch of leads without already having money available.

So, that's what lead to me thinking about co-signing with either my sister or the investor I have been building a relationship with.
