anything more than a mute bobblehead is suspect.In my area the DOS sends a cease and desist before just pulling your license for things that are not intentional.

People need to contact the state where they operate with any questions to make sure of the legality of their intentions.

As long as there is divorce death illness unemployment etc..There will always be deals to be had even at the top of the market .

Moved to a smaller town in Arizona, East of Phoenix and North of Tucson from Chicago Illinois with the intent of delving into more of an outdoor lifestyle.

I don't think my insurance agent is ill informed, nor lazy, I think they want to steer all their business to Travelers even though it's not in the best interest of the customer.

Once i locate owner names i skip trace the owner find their current address and phone number, I usually like to just give them a ring but often times ill follow the phone call up with a yellow letter or postcard, maybe even knock on their door if i cant get them on the phone.

Also, Ill be sure to change and keep that mentality on my goals from now on.
