not sure why one would ask this question if the intent is to pay it.. only reason I can think is they want to try to wiggle out of it.reality is anyone can file a lien..

Hopeful that ill make my first deal this summer. 

I was debating if I should partner with a friend or family member who is willing to work on a property together. ill be sure to make sure things are done legally and fairly so no one get short sighted and things don't get messy.

This would allow you to sell a property you had purchased with the intent of holding for productive investment use. 

and i know that that there’s risk involved, so ill always be prepared for things not going according to plan. and i think starting small and gaining knowledge and experience over time is key. 

Ill keep it in mind if I buy it.
