I fund deals like this is my day job for folks  but I don't charge up front LOL>  And we are not cheap but we are very good and actually fund 200 plus deals a year provable..

After a deal we've been working on fell through and deal flow being light the past two weeks, it's been a good point of reflection.

Hello, would a multifamily property of 4 or more units in Stateline Nevada near Lake Tahoe be a good place to invest or is it too seasonal there?  

As long as everything is recorded correctly and all documentation is done, there are ways to do this.
