I have spent WAY more time teaching folks for free that fade away and really only were on fire after reading a book or paying a guru to tell them to go put together a team than I have closing deals for investors.

Watchout for the "Gurus" that are trying to sell you what you can get for free.There is huge amount of free info on Tax liens here on BP.The 16% solution is a good book that will give you a primer.You'll need a chunk of cash or access to a chunk of cash to buy liens at auction.

I am new into the realestate niche and it is mind boggling.The amount of calls, messages, follow ups that you need to be done, that is pretty insane.I asked one of my realtor friend, what can i build (for fun) so that can reduce your effort?
