I'm Brand New and in Need of a Bit of Hand Holding

Hi, I am a single, disabled woman in need of serious help. Let me just give a bit of background so you know where I am coming from. I have some cognitive impairments due to a tumor that are really hindering me at every turn. I want to earn money and be able to afford a vehicle and a home of my home but I live on $1100.00 a month...literally. I don't make enough to cover my bills, never mind try to save. I used to be smart, and my brains are still in there, I just can't always use them on demand. So, I am looking for any tips that I can find to earn money without money. I have seen so many options in BP that it is almost overwhelming. I would love to do BRRRR or flip or STR or anything really. How realistic is this dream? I have been talking to a gentleman that owns Paradise10, Steve, that is acting like he will help me and do 100% financing. Does that sound legit or a scam? With my messed up thought processing, I can't tell the difference anymore. So, please help me help myself. Like I said, I used to be quite smart and those brains are still there just not as easily accessed as before.
