New to Gulf Shores. Looking to buy beachfront properties

Always wonderful to grow a community and looking forward to meet local real estate agents, property owners, and STR managers.

My wife and I are actively looking to purchase beachfront property (or “across the street from beachfront”) in Gulf Shores, AL. We started investing in real estate back in 2019, focusing on waterfront communities and experiences.

I’d love to get in touch with you if:

1. You have any leads on off-market or FSBO properties that are gulf front (or across the street) with no HOA. Our budget is up to $2.5M and have pre-approvals ready to make offers.
2. You have any leads of gulf front land for sale.
3. You have some fun experiences to share building new homes in this area. We’ve built in California, but definitely can see this environment is going to be a new experience we’ll need to navigate.

Thanks for your kindness and consideration. Don’t hesitate to reach out if you just want to introduce yourself or want to talk about this great area.

Best,

Ryan
