Frustrating when you know you can invest in VR homes make $ but mostly for others!        

I'm interesting in knowing what concerns you when investing in a property in a certain area, what housing laws from the areas you operate in frustrate you and why, and what you think the best way to operate as a landlord is.

Investing in real estate in the Riviera Maya is one of the best investment you can make at the moment and it must be frustrating to them that they haven't been able to get in yet while prices keep rising. 

I am kind of frustrated with the sellers.

On a positive note your investment has increased in value significantly over the last 8 or so months - and although frustrating, I believe you will be pleased with the overall results and equity position you find yourself in once the build is completed.  

I'm frustrated that I haven't been able to get a better deal on construction when I see so many people saying it should be $100/sq ft or less. 

It is frustrating and scary.

I would predict you will end up frustrated and with a large financial loss by being this far trying to self manage .

I was working logistics for an Agricultural equipment company prior to working full time as an agent and I was always frustrated because a lot of my time was being allocated to work and my other responsibilities.
