I purchased my current home a few years ago and couldn't wait until I bought another property exclusively for rental/income purposes.  

Post-holiday bump.

For the month before, month after and holidays, vacationers can be more selective and would naturally go for those homes that have the nicer amenities/finishes. 

She would like to enter into a simple non-exclusive agreement that sets up the terms of this kind of transaction between us. 

I'm a real estate investor in (xyz MSA); I also own xyz Property Management - we manage about 240 units (mostly scattered-site) exclusively in this area.

Expecting a slow start as I become up to date on practices and build my funding.I will be working exclusively on non-performing firsts, at least to begin with.
