New Member, back in real estate!

Hello fellow entrepreneurs!

I have been out of the real estate bus for about 6 years and am back now.  While researching non-performing notes I read about this site and WHAT a find!  I very much look forward to learning from many of you and perhaps working will you as well.  Expecting a slow start as I become up to date on practices and build my funding.

I will be working exclusively on non-performing firsts, at least to begin with.  I may even create a blog to document my trials and tribulations!
