With that in mind, a sports-centered college town potentially presents a good opportunity as the school will often have visitors attending games who need places to stay. 

You will find them where people sleep. 

Though you can get a lot of good information from social media, a lot of the time you will see extravagant things.

For actual bottomline impact it will cost you at most $4 per guest if they used it all.
