Although the cost is pretty high up in CT where you have things like workers comp. and building codes!

My local market is tough to invest in currently and for me, investing out of area is outside my comfort zone.

I always joke with my wife that if I ever had to get a real job, I would be the most annoying co worker ever, because all day I would sit around the office telling "back when I was an investor stories".
