DOM is measured from date of listing to date of COE, not the date of an accepted offer.That's interesting because, all during the escrow events & time, the property is under contract and literally "off the market".For my last sale, it took ten days from listing to accept an offer and escrow ran 60+ days, and the mls shows dom as 90 days - - go figure.
