So the wife got me an Ipad 4 for Christmas. Who else has an ipad? Has it help your business? Is it just for fun? I use mine in my construction business for clients to sign contracts. Show pictures of work. E-mail and so on.

I figured it would easily help myself and you guys to have punch list for homes. Put inspections on your calendar so you don't forget. Maybe keep track of you paid you their rent and who didn't. Keep contacts ect.
