Hi @Konstantinos Lembesis When Settling on a market develop some metrics that you can not only measure the market you are interested in but others that you havn't considered yet. 

Our lease doesn't say anything about re-measurement and therefore there is no window.

I compared other properties in terms of age, sq ft, acres, beds, baths, basement, garage and a subjective measure of interior condition.I have a huge problem with the automated comps (Zillow, RPR, etc) because they could not account for the interior condition. 

This was an extremely unpopular measure with the current residents of Cambridge, but change like this is necessary to address the affordability issues that plague our state.

Additionally, develop some real estate metrics so that you may measure markets evenly and objectively.
