Some advice I've seen online is to just network, get a part time job in the industry such as property management and continuing to read and learn then make the jump once i graduate.

My grandparents have had a few businesses and business investments in their time which have come and gone and they still say "real estate has always been good to us".I've been listening to the two BP podcasts and watching some videos on the YT channel which is what drove me to making an account and getting on the forums.I plan on getting and reading both of those books in the coming weeks/months.

I regularly try to read blogs, and watch YouTube videos, facebook groups and so on.

I have read several of the books, listened to many podcasts, and read a lot of the forum threads.

I have read forums/blogs and almost bought a program with a guru online.

I have been reading some forums where people will self-manage their own properties.

We continue to read, network, learn and improve.
