Something that has like a Quickbooks, Propstream, Gantt charts, rehab estimators, etc, all on one platform?

I have interviewed hundreds of investors who have used Fundrise and the other platforms.

Currently, I got the AC Unit and duct worked replaced utilizing Ygrene which is a energy efficient home improvement platform that gives you the money up front to pay for a home improvement project and in turn the home owner pays back the loan off a period of time thru their property taxes.

If you're scaling up it may make more sense to deal with a platform that caters to property owners with a larger portfolio of REI.

My advice to you would be (1) Start a separate LLC, (2) Get a GL policy for that LLC, (3) Get a management platform - I use Buildium, (4) don't co-mingle client's funds,and (5) be transparent with your client on all invoices and work orders.

Also I have created a Facebook business page and wondering if anyone was having much success advertising on that platform as well?

Do you have a site or platform that you like to use? 

Newer versions probably have a lot of e-pay features and platforms for estimating on top of the normal stuff.
