Tough to answer in general without specifics, but I'd be inclined to grow organically at first.  

I am REHAB contractor that specializes in assisting large organizations and small investors when it comes to their construction needs.

I've always found the president/organizers to be excited to talk to people getting started, and they may know of someone (or know someone who knows someone) who invests near you. 

It's a great organization with a lot of helpful members. 

I know you have all the tools and already do this.Idea here is if I have 20,000 organic ranking pages each optimized for a kw with search volume of 1 search a month or even .5 searches every other month it's worth it for me to collect those in mass. 

Our organization sent our 25 mailers a week, knocked on five of the doors we sent mail to per day and seldom got a deal.
