Hello,

After reading the books and doing the research, I'm preparing to put together my team (CPA, property manager, lawyer, agent & mortgage broker) and I am seeking advice as to how to approach these professionals.  I have never shopped for such services, and it feels uncomfortable to shop for potential services to me.
