Certainly these web-based investment vehicles are rather new, and have not stood the test of time that traditional RA investing has.

People in that market don't respond to low-end marketing like bandit signs, etc. so it's pretty much all paid media and out there it can cost you $250 to $400 or even more to generate a motivated seller call or web lead.
