Hello, My name is Crisitan and I have strategy and vision for building a $100 Million Real Estate Portfolio.  As of right now, I have recently passed my California real estate sales person license and am hanging my license at a brokerage by the name of High Garden. I am a 20 year old college student and my passion is real estate. It was at age 19 that I discovered real estate investing as a possible career, and since then I have fallen in love. My investing methods include, investing in notes (Trust deeds), multi-family, rehabbing, wholesaling, lease-options, private equity, buy and hold, commercial, residential, mobile home, and development.  As a college student I am majoring in real estate with a focus on investment services and development at San Diego State University. My plan of action is to use investment methods as tools while being a realtor.  Example is disclosing I am a realtor but in certain cases I will be acting as the principal in the transaction in order to implement tools such as lease-option( rent-to-own), wholesaling, owner finance, and others. I will use all earnings to invest back into marketing and real estate investment deals. I believe that real estate is the ultimate way to build wealth and one of the most fun and challenging ways. Real estate offers a great opportunity to give back to my communities as well as it allows investors to add value to communities and solve peoples problems in such a complex but interesting industry. I am new to the game but I am a fast learner that implements action. I am open to working with other investors new and experienced in order to collide minds sets and grow great relationships from all over.

If you find any real deal out there in San Diego we have real cash buyers there in that market that can close ASAP!! - just let me know and I'll connect you Brad Martinez out there...  The challenge in San Diego is marketing/finding deals.  People in that market don't respond to low-end marketing like bandit signs, etc. so it's pretty much all paid media and out there it can cost you $250 to $400 or even more to generate a motivated seller call or web lead.  I don't intend to discourage you.  But you'll need to be innovative to get your message out in that market.
