Social Media/Podcast in exchange for REI Mentoring in Baltimore!

I am a newbie, yet very serious about Real Estate Investing and specifically Multi-Family Rentals.  I'm looking for potential mentors in the Baltimore/Maryland area.  I can offer help in the way of marketing (web/graphic design, filming/editing video, social media marketing, etc).  My boyfriend is also a audio engineer and has experience editing and mixing podcasts.  I'm happy to give back in any way I can to local and experienced investors who wouldn't mind taking me under their wing for a bit.

I don't mind getting dirty, either.  So, bring on the rehabs!
