So for every $100,000 you want to bid, you have to have $5,000 in real money on deposit.  

If we find lead throughout our inspection, we will stop the XRF Gun inspection and revert to Dust Wipe Sampling to determine if the property is Lead-Safe.

If you are looking in that area I would suggest finding people that have off-market deals if you don't have those connections already.

Are you referring to the Market Finder tool or the classifieds section where you can post asks and offers for real estate services?

If they are truly "Deals" finding the money won't be an issue. 

And that section, "Business or Rental Use of Home" appears to only apply to business or rental properties that were apportioned separately from the main home / living area.The only real hangup I'm seeing is on Page 14, where it states:  "How Much Is Taxable?
