Hello, I am a newer investor and interested in acquiring foreclosed properties, as I hear the banks typically like to sell them as fast as possible, not putting emphasis on maximizing sale price. Does anybody know how foreclosures exactly work? What to look out for when dealing with them? Any do's and dont's related to them? I am based out of Broward & Miami-Dade county, so any additional advice specific to them would also be appreciated! Thanks in advance!
